A value-for-money, reliable tool that works effectively and can adequately replace trello or any other job board. It delivers strong performance without the high costs of traditional job platforms. I really like the standalone apps compared to the browser version—they help me focus better on work. The ticket system is well designed and very effective.

I bought this for its features that solve my problems. This to me is the Thinking Man's Trello, with bells and whistles. It works really well for me and I can organise my separate gigs into logical order. I have Blue and Suitedash, but this just makes sense for my needs and team size.

I love the API abilities and the fact that they have already launch an app for android and iOS. The desktop is better because it gives a quick, larger overall dashboard overview. From internal stories (similar to social media), calls, meetings…to much to name.

I’m giving it two tacos for two reasons. Support is basically non-existent. I genuinely think you all need to step it up here. It’s buggy. There are quite a few things on the web app that need fixing, and the mobile & desktop apps are also slow and buggy. That said, I did purchase two 5-tier plans because I see real potential in this product. If the team continues to develop it properly and improves the UI for both the web and apps, this could be extremely successful.

It is simple to use for the non techie user. Support is amazing and they came up with a work around to an issue I had with onboarding a user. There are a couple of things that are in Click Up that are not in Edworking. The one I would like to see is the chance to include time button and create timesheets. They do not have sub tasks and actually that has helped my users finding information that was difficult for them in Click Up. I like it and using it every day.

Bought a tons of project management softwares here and I must say that when it comes to UXUI, this is by far the best. App version is also stable. This can be huge with the “one stop” solution for businesses. Support is also extremely prompt. My issue was resolved under 5 minutes upon first contact via the live chat.

Really user-friendly and intuitive piece of software, but the best thing is that while I was working my way around it I fired off a question and not only had a real person respond, but he asked if I was free to jump on a call there and then. In just a few minutes he showed me how to do what I wanted to do, but I also realized that Edworking does SO much more than I thought. This is also especially good for anyone with ADHD who will benefit from the straightforward organizational structure.

Initially, I gave 5 tacos to encourage the developers, but after testing the program further, I am now rating it 3 tacos. Unfortunately, we encountered many issues that prevent us from using this software in our company. We reported all the major problems weeks ago, but they still haven’t been resolved. To make matters worse, no one responds on live chat anymore.

The workspace is where we dump all ideas and instructions, and once we decide on the content and overall flow, we format it right there and publish it. For blog publishing, the features of the workspace are still incomplete if you compare it to WordPress. In our old collab software, we used to just send and receive files if we wanted to collaborate on an article. With Edworking, we can write and edit all at the same time.

Hat die ältere Version ausprobiert, fand sie langsam, kam nach dem Neuaufbau zurück und verwaltet nun Aufgaben, Dateien, Dokumente, Chat und Besprechungen für Freiwillige, Mitarbeiter und den Vorstand an einem Ort.
Edworking has been around a while but the company recently rebuilt the whole thing afresh from the ground up. Having tried out the older version and saw the potential but found some things slow or confusing, I have to say that the new version is loads better. It is snappy, organized, clear, and works well. All of our work: tasks, files, documents, chat, meetings, etc, can happen here. Our org is adopting Edworking after literally years of trying everything else. Powerful but not bloated.

We were struggling with ClickUp for a while because of performance issues and too many features that bloated it. At the same time it was always a disconnection to communicate with staff and freelancers on Slack while the project tasks were sitting in ClickUp. But we tested it for a month now in our team and everybody is happy! Simpler task setup than ClickUp, better performance and finally projects and messaging in the same app. They even helped us to migrate from ClickUp.
