Where do calls start?
From a private chat, a group chat, a task, or a space. Recurring syncs can use a persistent meeting room that keeps its own conversation between calls.
Start a call from any chat, task, or space. The meeting room keeps its own conversation, and recordings plus AI summaries land back in the thread.
These are the screens your team works in every day. Explore what each one does before you sign up.
CALLS FROM ANYWHERE
The meeting button in the message box offers two things: start an instant meeting, or create a meeting room for later and drop its link in the thread. No separate app, no link to generate elsewhere, and no explaining which task the call is about.
MEETING ROOMS
Give a weekly sync, a client review, or a stand-up its own room that keeps its conversation between calls. A lobby shows who is already in, and guests without an account type a name and join once someone lets them in.

Someone in the meeting has to let you in.
IN-CALL LAYOUT
Everyone sits in a gallery grid until someone shares a screen, at which point the call becomes a presentation stage with the participants beside it. Mic, camera, screen share, chat, and AI live in one tray, and recording and note-taking show as badges while they run.
LIVE CALL NOTIFICATIONS
A call in a conversation you are part of rings in the sidebar with the people already on it, and you join or decline from there. Meetings running right now sit above it in a live list with a join button.
RECORDINGS
Edworking Meetings posts the recording into the meeting thread, next to the discussion it came from. Anyone who missed the call catches up in the same place they would have asked about it.
AI MEETING SUMMARIES
Switch on Generate report before you join and the meeting comes back as an AI summary with action items, saved to Meeting Reports in Docs. Live captions and ambient answers run from the same panel, and the recording itself is kept in Meeting Records in Files.
CALENDAR AND SCHEDULING
The calendar panel shows a month view, a day agenda, and tasks and events together, so a deadline and the meeting about it are not in two different places. Connect Google Calendar to bring external invitations alongside them, and create a task or event without leaving the panel.
