A Teacher Runs Every Student from One Workspace

Michelle teaches one-on-one and wanted a single place to talk to her students, share materials with them and plan what they practise, rather than splitting each student across separate apps.

3jobs in one workspaceTalking to students, sharing files and planning practice, all in the same place

Three jobs, counted from the three Michelle names in her recorded interview. She does not name the tools she used before, so this story does not claim any.

In their own words

I moved to Edworking because I'm a teacher and I have many one-on-one students. I wanted an all-in-one platform to be able to talk with them, share files, plan tasks and when they can practise, and do all the things I share with them. For me, it's really useful to have everything at the same place and be able to keep in touch with all my students.

Only the parts of the workspace this customer said they use, each shown as the live interface rather than a screenshot.

01 · Conversations

Each student gets their own conversation, so keeping in touch with all of them does not mean keeping track of several apps.

Chats
02 · Files in chat

Study material is shared inside the conversation it belongs to, which is what Michelle means by sharing files in the same place she talks to a student.

03 · Task detail

A task carries what a student should work on and the date they can practise it, the two things Michelle wanted to plan.

A Distributed Team Leaves ClickUp Behind

The processes were clear to her but not to her team, part of which works from the Philippines. She moved everyone to Edworking because it was easier for the team to use, not just for her.

A Non-Profit Moves all of its Work into One Workspace

Cris tried the older version of Edworking, found parts of it slow, and came back after the rebuild. Tasks, files, documents, chat and meetings now all happen in the same place.

A Team Drops ClickUp and Slack after a One-Month Trial

Tasks sat in ClickUp while staff and freelancers talked in Slack, and the two never met. After testing Edworking with the whole team for a month, projects and messaging live in the same app, with the migration run for them.
