Security at Edworking

Understand the service, manage access and request evidence for your security review.

Account Security

Edworking supports email and password sign in and supported identity providers. Review the authentication options available in your account settings, including multi factor authentication, and keep recovery information secure.

  • Use a unique password and protect the email account used for recovery.
  • Review workspace membership and remove access when someone leaves.
  • Report unexpected account activity to david.cagigas@edworking.com. Never send a password or an active session token.

Workspace Access and Sharing

Workspaces use roles and permissions to organise access to content and administrative features. Choose the least access needed for each collaborator and review public sharing separately from workspace membership.

Edworking uses shared infrastructure. Workspace boundaries depend on application access controls; this page does not claim that every code path has been independently verified.

Treat public share links as access to the content they expose. Confirm the sharing settings before distributing a link, especially outside your organisation.

Transport and Storage

The website and application use HTTPS. The service uses managed infrastructure for databases, files, search and realtime features. Encryption, processing locations and recovery capabilities depend on the service and its configuration.

If you require customer managed keys, a dedicated deployment, a specific region, end to end encryption or a documented recovery objective, request written confirmation of support before adoption.

Security Evidence

A description of a control is not evidence of its effectiveness. Contact us for current information about authentication, access reviews, monitoring, vulnerability management, backups and incident handling relevant to your use case.

This Trust Center does not assert SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification or provide an independent assurance report. Ask for the scope and date of any evidence you need.
