Use Edworking in accordance with the service terms and agreements that apply to your account. This guide does not replace or automatically amend those terms.

• Keep account credentials private and grant collaborators only the access they need.
• Use content you have permission to store and share.
• Do not use the service to harass others, distribute malware or send unsolicited messages.
• Do not attempt unauthorised access to accounts, workspaces or infrastructure.
• Coordinate any security testing with the team before starting.

Review AI output before using it and check which information is sent to connected services. Make sure participants understand recording and transcription, and obtain the permissions required for your use.

Send the affected link or identifier, what you observed and when it happened. Include only the evidence needed to assess the report. Potential security vulnerabilities should follow the responsible disclosure process.
