DPA Requests

DPA requests are handled directly by our team. Contact us with your organisation name, work email, workspace and any specific data processing requirements. Do not include sensitive workspace content or credentials.

This page provides information and a way to make a request. It does not offer an agreement for acceptance. Viewing this page or sending a request does not enter into a DPA or change existing agreements. Any proposed agreement requires separate review and agreement by the parties.

What Is a DPA?

A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is a contract covering personal data that Edworking processes on a customer's behalf. Typically, the customer decides why and how that data is used as the controller, and Edworking provides the service as the processor. The agreement records each party's responsibilities.

A DPA covers processing instructions, confidentiality, security, subprocessors, assistance with data rights and incidents, audit information, and the return or deletion of data. Any international transfer arrangements must also be addressed. It is a contractual commitment, not a security certification.

What to Review

  • The parties, their roles, the purpose of processing and the categories of data.
  • Security measures and assistance with data subject requests.
  • Subprocessors, processing locations and any transfer arrangements.
  • Retention, return and deletion of data when the service ends.
  • Incident notification terms and the evidence available for your review.
